1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Similar PNG, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Similar PNG for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The materials on Similar PNG are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Similar PNG makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

8. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Similar PNG or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Similar PNG.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
