By accessing and using SimilarPNG, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Permission is granted to download materials under the license displayed for the applicable resource. Unless a resource license expressly permits it, you may not:

• Modify or copy materials in violation of the applicable license
• Use materials for an unauthorized commercial purpose or public display
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Mirror or redistribute the materials as a competing download service

Account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for account security, activity under your account, and promptly notifying us about unauthorized access.

• Do not upload content that violates intellectual property rights
• Do not submit unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or offensive material
• Do not upload malicious code or interfere with the service
• Do not violate privacy or publicity rights
• Do not send spam or unsolicited promotional material

The service's original content, features, and functionality remain the property of SimilarPNG and its licensors. User and creator content remains subject to its applicable ownership and publishing terms.

Platform credits and premium-download allowances are service units, not cash, and have no cash redemption value. Plan, renewal, top-up, expiry, and refund details shown at checkout form part of the purchase terms. Existing assets marked free remain available without a premium-download charge.

We may suspend or terminate access when required to protect the service, enforce these terms, or address unlawful or abusive activity.

SimilarPNG materials and tools are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties not required by law.

To the extent permitted by law, SimilarPNG and its suppliers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
